Log on to any social media app and you’ll be sure to run into plenty of videos that give tips on how to go viral. However, it’s difficult to figure out which tips are efficient when everyone gives different tips.
So I put different ones to the test and did some research based on my results. In the end, I’ve come up with a near-perfect formula for making viral content!
Use Trending Audio
Many creators say that in order to go viral, you have to use trending audio. Supposedly, if the audio is very popular, the video will be popular. I would post videos of me talking or doing everyday things with trending audio, but my hopes were dashed away. Instead, my views were in the single or double digits… or none at all.
For months I couldn’t figure out what was wrong, but I’ve had better luck recently. Yes, I used trending audio, but there was more to it than that. So to those who believe trending audio is the only thing that will make your videos go viral, keep reading.
Trending audio can only go so far, because it’s also about what you do with it. You have to do something that will stop someone from scrolling and pay attention to your content.
